Are you ready to step outside and call upon the sweet embrace of Mother Nature? Together, we will call upon our inner Earth goddess, Gaia, with a number of playful and engaging activities to honor Mother Earth and our place within the ecosystem.
@summerhaze108yoga and @yogawithjoss are teaming up to offer:
- Nature stroll
- Burn ceremony
- Tea service
- Goddess magic yoga flow
- Flower crown building
- Photo shoot coupled with a softening heart and earthing meditation featuring @earthwisdomphotography behind the lens
Special instructions:
- Park and meet at the Rainbow Gardens park n’ ride
- Layered clothing-due to VARIABLE weather conditions, come dressed warm, and feel free to bring any articles of clothing you’d like to wear for the photoshoot
- Sunscreen
- Write down on a sheet of paper anything you may wish to release or let go of and bring with you
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle and light snacks
Things to note:
No pets allowed
Ages 13 and up, under 18 must be attending with an adult
